I almost left a good review, but the noise isolation was shockingly horrible, and beds were short with pillows that were definitely not to my liking. And to top it off, I woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience. Just a tad disappointing, really.

The stay was enjoyable overall, particularly because of the inclusive dinner that featured great meal quality. The heated shoe racks in the boot room were a nice touch after a day on the slopes. sound insulation could be improved, as we were able to hear noise from the hallway at times. It would also be beneficial if there were more variety in breakfast options.

Fantastic Spa and Friendly Atmosphere
I had a wonderful one-night stay in a cozy and warm chalet-style hotel with a spacious ski/boot room boasting heated dryers. The spa was a treat, especially having enjoyed the private 30-minute session in the jacuzzi and sauna. The highlight was the delicious inclusive dinner, showcasing great meal quality. I wish breakfast had more variety to choose from.

The staff provided exceptional service, making all interactions warm and welcoming, particularly when they helped recover a forgotten item post-checkout. The spa experience was a highlight, with a modern setting and relaxing amenities. some guests seemed to overlook the hotel's 3-star rating, causing expectations to be mismatched, and the lift system could be confusing during peak times. While the inclusive dinner featured excellent Neapolitan pizza, breakfast options were somewhat limited, which could use improvement.

The modern spa facilities stand out, offering a cozy space to unwind after a long day on the slopes, although be sure to book in advance for private usage as it can fill up quickly. The outdoor terrace areas are great for enjoying the mountain air, and the location is just perfect for hitting the ski lifts with minimal hassle.
Sound insulation leaves much to be desired. noise from adjacent rooms and the busy hallways can make it tough to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast offerings, such as stale bread and limited variety, could really use a boost, especially given the expectation for fresh baguettes in the area. there’s confusion with the parking situation, as finding a spot can be quite the challenge, and the one key policy for double rooms can create unnecessary hassle for couples. Room layouts can also be a head-scratcher, with some having uncomfortable bedding arrangements that may not suit taller guests well.
